General Meetings
The Board meets about 3-4 times during the year. Additional meetings may be called to address the needs of the Committee. EXCO proxies for Board in day-to-day running of the GOC and meets monthly, when there is no Board meeting.
The Board is also responsible for the preparation of Annual Report and Financial Statements in accordance with the Companies Code 1963, other applicable laws and regulations and the international Accounting Standards.
The Board examines and reviews the strategic and operational risks that face the organisation constantly and ensures that systems are established to effectively monitor and respond to possible risks.
